In the process of learning the surrounding environment certainly affects students in learning. Where students will get support and help from family, friends, and teachers. Social conditions will have an impact on children's character, if they grow in an environment that supports learning and development, children will have good self-confidence. But on the other hand, if the child does not get sufficient support and assistance, of course it will also have an impact on the child's enthusiasm for learning, so the child may easily become discouraged and give up.

Then in addressing bullying in the educational environment as stated by Dorothy Espelage that social and emotional learning can influence children to become perpetrators of bullying.

This shows that a social environment that is not good will also affect the emotional level of children which can have an impact such as revenge, even doing reckless things to get revenge on the bully. In addressing this, of course, parents and teachers must be able to look after and guide children in managing emotions and social problems.

Of course, as an adult, you must be able to provide examples and support that builds children so that children are able to emulate and apply the good things that have been given. Because actually teachers and parents are role models for children in elementary school.

According to social cognitive Bandura, self-defeating beliefs can influence someone in determining actions or decisions in something they are pursuing. If a child gets good guidance and support from their environment, then as the child grows up in the process of finding his identity he already knows the goals and how to achieve these goals.
