Update 1- Skinner and free will

Skinner's assertion that environmental factors have more of an impact on learning than free will ignores the concept of motivation and personal preference. An individual's life experience can impact how exactly they will respond to the same stimuli; not everyone's response is the same. Furthermore, on separate occasions even the same individual could have different responses to the same stimuli.
