I think that Intelligence is something that we acquire from everyday living. From the moment we knew how to say our first words up to learning from school. It also includes not just natural intelligence that the person has but also the skills and talents that we have.
I think intelligence can be measured but not as accurate as we think it can be because it is very broad.
