Week 4 Update- Kuan Lo

Balancing Leadership Styles: In a small group with both strong and empathetic leaders, I foresee a harmonious and productive environment. Strong leaders are typically goal-oriented, decisive, and focused on driving results. They provide clear direction, inspire confidence, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. On the other hand, empathetic leaders prioritize building relationships, understanding team members' needs, and fostering a supportive culture. They listen actively, offer encouragement, and mediate conflicts with empathy and understanding.

My Role in the Small Group: As a member of the group, I see myself adapting and collaborating effectively with both types of leaders. When working with a strong leader, I would contribute by executing tasks with precision, offering innovative solutions, and providing support to achieve our goals. I would appreciate their clear direction and drive, and strive to meet their expectations with diligence.
