Having varied learners in a classroom will never be avoided. It is always understood that all people are different and each has unique individual characteristics inncluding attitude, intelligence, learning styles and etc. With this variety, teacher's role in the class is to identify and distinguish each difference of the learners and thinnk of and provide suitable strategies among them. The more teachers know about their students' backgrounds, the more effective they become as planner, implementer or facilitator of learning.
