INTRINSIC MOTIVATION

The more we are motivated about something, the more successful we become as to what we do. In classroom situations, teachers tend to love it more when the learners are intrinsically motivated. Unlike extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation is a higher degree of motivation because it comes from within the person himself. When a student say for instance is intrinsically motivated, all his actions towards learning is freely coming out from him. There is no need for too much effort in asking and eliciting the interest of the learners because it naturally come from him. With intrinsic motivation among the learners, the delivery of instruction is better and more interactive.
