DIFFERENCE IS STRENGHT

A classroom is composed of different leareners who come from diverse culture, language, background, learning styles, and abilities. Sometimes, we see this differences as barriers in delivering our lessons or academic instruction to them, however there is strenght in diversity. Learners tend to learn form one another, they are their own teachers and peer-tutors, by allowing them to come together to solve a problem in school or to make an activity we harness their potentials. As a facilitator of learming, we need to give them different kinds of activities that are suited on thier individual needs and learning styles. In the advent of technology, we now can readily design activities that are differentiated and appropriate to each of our learners. Technology has an immense power of differentiating instructions and activities to achieve a learning targets.

A Personalized Learning is simply a design of an activity that is individualized or suited very much on the level of the learners.
