Global Learning (GL) was first established in Lebanon in 2011, as an educational technology (EdTech) consultancy and solutions provider. It inherited a long legacy and experience in the MENA region, in the field of online learning and technology-enabled education, which started in 1999 with Global Information Systems in Lebanon, then Universal Knowledge Solutions in Dubai in 2003, and Technology World Company in Kuwait, Jordan, and Syria in 2005. Global Learning International FZ-LLC was established in Dubai Knowledge Park in 2013, and operated till 2021, when it moved to Global Learning FZCO at the Dubai Digital Park in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
