Learning analytics is defined as "the measurement, collection, analysis, and reporting of data about learners, learning environments, and contexts to understand and optimize learning and their environments. Learning analytics can track a learner's usage of learning materials and tools to identify possible problems or conflicts. This allows teachers to decide of what approaches would they use.
