Abstract
A learning employee is a valuable asset in any organization. In this regard, learning means continuously improving one’s competencies in ways that can benefit the organization. Literature reveals that organizational learning involves a complex and multi-disciplinary approach. In today’s world of change and competition, employees must constantly improve themselves for several reasons.
