Dr. Ramlee Mustapha is an expert in technical and vocational education and training and human resource development especially in the Pacific Rim and East Asian region. He taught undergraduate and graduate courses in technology education, curriculum development in technical and vocational education, pedagogy and supervision in technical and vocational education, vocational education for special needs students, and research methodology. Dr. Mustapha also involved in several International Projects funded by the European Union in EU-Asia Link project to develop vocational curriculum model (2004-2007) and by UNESCO to build Virtual Teacher Education Center (VirTEC) in Southeast Asian Region (2000 – 2001). Dr. Mustapha holds a professional degree in Chemical Engineering (BSChE) from University of Alabama, USA. His first Masters degree in Educational Administration (M.Ed) from Eastern New Mexico University, USA and his second Masters degree in Industrial Technology (M.Sc) from Purdue University, USA. He earned a doctoral degree in Technical Education (Ph.D) also from Purdue University, USA.
