Introduction to the Special Issue
Abstract
This special issue of "Ubiquitous Learning: An International Journal" was inspired by the 2018 e-Learning and Innovative Pedagogies conference, a two-day event that engaged presenters and attendees from thirty-six countries and six continents in interdisciplinary discussions of contemporary meaning making. With a focus on digital pedagogies for social justice, the conference served a global educational community and created an opening for expansive discussions about equity and innovative pedagogies. This collection serves a similar end.
