Abstract

This paper relates aspects of the research approach to data collection and interpretation adopted in a situation where the participants were professional adult women, keenly aware of the learning environment in which they achieved their qualifications. Their contributions to the body of knowledge thus generated, by written narrative, reflected an innovative use of electronic media and the associated methods of interpretation and analysis via the Overlay Principle.
