the infromation in the fact sheet does not indicate that the Harmonia conducted EPI immunization coverage Survey, but states that they conducted DHS three years prior without menrioning the exact date. The population based surveys provides the immunization status of the previous of the previous cohort and this does reveal the current vaccination status of children and pregnant women of the current cohort of the target population. Since Harmonia has intrduced new vaccines to the immunization programme, the previous DHS cannot measure the immunization coverage of all vaccine series.. To gauge the impact of the improvement of the administrative data and immunization strategies, it is crucial to emply a reliable population based immunization coverage survey to accurately and precisely estimate the current immunization states.

The primary question is to estimate the immunization coverage by vaccines  and compare various geographic strata. to lassify they do not require to employ an expensive coverage survey

pregnant women who gave birth in the last 12 months
