Dr. A. Bryce Hoflund Joins the Food Studies Advisory Board

The Food Studies Advisory Board is honored to welcome our newest member - Dr. A. Bryce Hoflund.

Dr. A. Bryce Hoflund is an associate professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her research focuses on food policy and food safety regulation, health care regulation and policy, network organizations, and network management and leadership. She has published her work in Regulation & Governance, Administration & Society, the Journal of Health and Human Services Administration, Public Organization Review, Food Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal, and a book chapter in Voices of Hunger: Food Insecurity in the United States. Dr. Hoflund serves as co-chair for the Regulatory Governance Collaborative Research Network section of the Law and Society Association, on the editorial board of Administration & Society, and as secretary of the board for Community Crops. Dr. Hoflund received her Ph.D. from the Center for Public Administration and Policy at Virginia Tech, her M.P.A. from the Reubin O’D. Askew School of Public Administration and Policy at Florida State University, and her B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Public Administration from American University.
