I had an interview for an assistant professor position at Nottinham University. I was asked how would I handle a student who will stay away from discussions. I see that "personalized leasrning" is quite important to teach efficiently.

I agree with you personal staffing is very important to teach efficiently but the teacher should follow up and guide the student Especially for a student who is unable to discuss and debate in class
