The use of mimetics in curriculum can be a valuable tool that allows the learner to practice or mimick skills and ideas in order to increase their understanding of an idea and also allowing the student to take ownership of their learning. 'By providing the right example at the right time, the teacher prompts the student to do the work of learning.' And ultimately, the students is more attached to what is being taught and because of this interactive experience feels more connected with the content.
