Abstract

As management styles in the Moroccan context have radically changed, this study discusses factors that have potentially influenced their trends. It is about a reflection around the changes in the Moroccan landscape and their potential effects on the management modes. It is also about highlighting management innovation in Morocco and its break from traditional thoughts. The literature review comes from scientific articles and data from economic studies and official statistics. Directed content analysis was conducted as the Moroccan context is unclear to validate or extend conceptually with empirical evidence. The young generation with its specificities contributes to shaping management through their positions. Digitization also influences practices and philosophies. Organizations now need to act within the new parameters of the environment to survive and thrive. When the context is common, they act according to the same logic and the same meaning, which creates trends. Morocco welcomes business from different countries, and understanding the Moroccan context allows for doing business smoothly. In addition, Morocco is an investor in several African countries, so studying its managerial transition also helps to understand some changes that occur in countries that benefit from investments and the Moroccan diaspora.
