Tonal Textures and Reflective Practices
Abstract
My narrative inquiry is theory-in-action, reflective arts practices through tonal textures of photography and poetry. This autobiography/fictional biography evokes challenging engagement in teaching, learning, and researching. I demonstrate my processes and my autistic student’s journey of allowing a hearing as we ‘take on’ pedagogy of aesthetic experiences that unlock silent meaning within sounds and embodied knowing through corporeal expression in reflective, integrated arts experiences.
