Abstract

Resource-based business development has benefits in the direct association of resources using fuzzy transformational qualifier (FTQ) processes. They simplify control, which can thus be focused on specific entities. The growing complexity and dynamism of organizational system led to the rise of configurational approaches that attempt to virtualize resources and focus on configurational characteristics. With continuing growth of complexity and environmental turbulence the configurational models become insufficient in tackling the change management problems. The paper proposes a new layer of abstraction dealing with non-specific dynamic requirements arising from the need to address general holistic properties of organizational systems.
