Abstract

Economics isolates itself from other social sciences because of the intention of becoming close to natural sciences and making its analyses definite. This situation causes that economics ignores the wholeness of human being. Multidimensional and holistic meaning of globalization is a chance for economics to develop approaches concerning human being. Globalization is attributed to economic processes at first glance in general, so economists particularly should consider interdisciplinary studies as a requirement in the context of globalization.
