Abstract
This paper examines various industrial performance aspects of post secondary education. In particular, this paper assesses current incentives and benefits for young people to participate in post-secondary education immediately following compulsory secondary education and the extent to which these incentives are aligned with the returns to society. This paper also discusses some policy implications of the findings reported in the paper.
