Abstract

Organizational Performance is influenced by corporate entrepreneurship. The authors propose that organizational support in terms of training, trust on employees and resource availability has a positive influence on an organizations entrepreneurial capabilities. The mediating role of organizational support and the influence new firm formation, product and process innovation on organizational performance is researched here and the findings are presented. Questionnaires were used to obtain primary data and a literature review forms the secondary data used in this study. The authors employ three hypotheses to test the mediating role of corporate entrepreneurship on the corporate support and performance linkage. It is found that corporate entrepreneurship capability has a mediating role in the organizational support-performance relationship.
