Abstract

In this paper we outline an essential approach in trying to come to grips with the current changing globe. The approach is based on fundamental science of developing appropriate models. These models must not be assumed to be law or absolute but only a guide to explore possible effects. Hence, we have used the model approach to gain insight into how complex it is to understand the interactions between the vast range of species on the globe. In addition, in a similar way, we have explored human interactions in a way to highlight major problems. In summary, we have illustrated how the human being has affected the globe. Furthermore, human beings in today’s world are unable to address the results of their actions in a meaningful way. Mother Nature will address the problem, leading to large numbers of human beings dying from lack of food and water. For the survival of the globe with a range of species, which we support, the time line is short.
