Abstract
The evaluation involved collecting data and student perceptions on the content, relevance, delivery, and quality of the standards-based educational leadership program. Data was collected from students, professors, administrators and school leader-mentors to support the evaluation. Analysis and inferences inform the conclusions and the recommendations for changes. Emerging work in standards for school leaders in Alberta is also introduced.
