Abstract

The problem is organizations are faced with changes like never before. The new changes are to some extent different from what has gone before. First, Changes connected to competitive advantage which is derived not from the technology, but on how businesses use the technology. Second, changes are connected directly to strategic business issues, not just questions of organizational process or approach. Third, organizational changes are being influenced by the growing impact of IT in business firms which can be assessed from: Internet growth and technology convergence, growth of a globally connected economy, growth of knowledge and information-based economies. The Internet is making many traditional business models obsolete: the corner music store and video store. The need for a universal and an effective IT framework as backbone of any organization, should tackle all of the surrounding issues that affect the efficiency of an organizational business process and the effectiveness of an organizational management in the continues changing of a business environment.
