Abstract
There are at least six main factors which contribute to teachers’ stress , namely teachers’ incompetence in English language and the use of computers in teaching, students’ level of acceptance, management of time and facilities for teaching ,close supervision by authorized personnel , work load and students’ performance. The implications of the findings are discussed for improving teaching and learning.
