Abstract

Framing theory is primarily important when it comes to analyzing the media and its role in shaping the public discourse. Culture, values, and experience are intrinsically connected to how individuals and groups use rhetoric and framing. Framing theory focuses on the interaction between the way a message is communicated by one party and the way that it is interpreted by another or others. A key point of this article is to investigate the way that Biden’s Middle East policies are framed through Middle East Media rhetoric. Framing can significantly affect the meaning that is conveyed regarding specific topics or broad areas of discourse.
