Linking Trust, Values and Perceived Benefits
Abstract
The current study develops a multi-level model for investigating whether interpersonal trust, personal values (belief in the importance of knowledge sharing) and perceptions of receiving individuals benefits are linked to employees’ willingness to share knowledge with three targets: coworkers, managers, and staff from other work units.
