Abstract
This study investigated and advocated a multiple-perspectives approach on leadership. Based on a conceptual framework of perspectives on leadership and assumptions underlying those perspectives, this study inquired into (a) how leaders perceived the concept of leadership, and (b) whether or not they took a multiple-perspectives approach on leadership, and if so, how they integrated the multiple perspectives on leadership in their practice.
