Abstract
This paper explores the options for flexibility in delivery and learning in terms of ‘high-needs’ second-chance adult learners predominantly from equity backgrounds. The paper agues that a collaborative blended approach to education delivery is the most appropriate for the Logan Tertiary Access program.
