Facilitating the Dialogue of User Experience through Design
Abstract
In the two-way conversation between device and user, a device is constructed to service and achieve a user’s goal. By utilizing this service, a satisfying user experience in an elegant and intuitive manner can help maintain customer constancy, attract new business, and improve brand identity. In this paper, we’ll take a look at how to filter noise and remove ambiguity to deliver clarity and control for user experience with design as a facilitator.
