This study involved a large amount of literature on HR systems and their impact on employees’ focus on company goals and how it affects the overall company performance. The article follows the PRISMA protocol, developed by Moher and colleagues, which consists of four main parts. The overall results show that HR and organizational factors are positively related to the performance of social enterprises. The results are supported by several articles and samples that more significantly reported a positive relationship. HR and organizational factors such as leadership and management, resources, networks between organizations, funding, and technological factors function under optimal circumstances to perform considerably better than social enterprises with deficient or insufficient variables.
