Abstract

Combined case study techniques of interviewing, observation, and document analysis are used to examine one program’s new design in terms of its guiding principles, structural features, and sustaining elements. Five particular features cited by candidates as the determining factors attracting them to this particular leadership program are evaluated relative to student satisfaction, motivation for professional growth, and sustained enrollments.
