Abstract

Changing times create changing worlds and therefore changing needs. This practice-based paper examines an educational model that reflects these changes. It builds access to learning and engagement for students. It aims to empower students to become transformational learners who have ownership and responsibility for their own learning. The Empowering Many Model encourages the creation of a community of learners who support and share with each other in their pursuit of empowerment.
