Abstract

cONEct is a project to engage students and create connections at various levels that will help students to sustain, improve and build their engagement and success. This paper will look at first year preservice teachers and how these connections have been created. Current research shows that many first year University students drop out of their courses and this project has been devised to help build relationships that will support students in their courses.
