Abstract

The net sociological and economic impacts of globalization are as yet undetermined. But one of the positive outcomes has been in the field of social entrepreneurship. Intentionally pursuing the ethical before the profitable, social entrepreneurs are dynamic, creative individuals with a passion for improving the world. Their success stories are many as they work tirelessly for sustainable improvement for populations that are often marginalized, poverty stricken, and/or simply forgotten.
