Abstract

This article aims at understanding the designer’s creative personality with the aid of psychometric evaluation. The investigation suggested that introverted designers tend to experience higher levels of creativity than designers who have an extroverted personality. The business environment could benefit from assessing designers’ personality and tailoring job descriptions accordingly, to the advantage of both the company and the individual.
