  I attended University of Illinois and graduated in 2010 with a Mathematics degree and a minor in secondary education and Spanish. I began teaching on the west side of Chicago at a public school called V.O.I.S.E. Academy which was the first blended learning school in CPS. I currently work at a charter school called Intrinsic which also focuses on blended learning and team teaching in a large non-tracked environment. I am currently enrolled in the University of Illinois school administration graduate program and am hoping to get a principal position once I graduate. Outside of work and school I enjoy traveling, running, and being outside with my chocolate labrador.
