behaviorism

Teachers need to provide positive stimuli even when trying to correct poor behavior using Pavlos's theory of conditioning, and use repetition while working small steps to ensure that each step is completed correctly. If you have disobedient students, and you have students who do as they are told when they are told. Then you make sure you repeatedly put the students who are disobedient in a position to learn of the success the obedient children are getting. Also, students who are already conditioned based off a certain trigger, can also be transformed (based on Charles Murray and Herrnstein controversial book, The Bell Curve) using John Watsons experiment of taking things that a child is already familiar and comfortable with, and by using certain negative stimuli can transform the child's behavior.
