I have been coaching hands on, for 5 years. I got a coaching job with a company called Soccer Shots, it is a franchise. Eventually I would like to move up the ladder and work as a coordinator, or have a job within the "administration" "management" department, helping with the cirriculum and possibly directing coaches.
