In our discussion (Ana, Fabricio, Fernando, Leina, Juliana, Nara, Ruberval) in order to reconcile agency and diversity (proficiency and access) we understand there should be constant negotiations of meaning within uneven relations of power from the minorities' perspectives. Otherwise we risk to get back to homogeneity and authority.
