Future recognition

In adult education, the trend so far is that people want to passively sit, perceive and tick off "done" and go. Not many are dedicated to participate, work on a project (either alone or as a team), do research and produce their own knowledge.

I therefore am sure that this participative "knowledge design" study will become increasingly important as it will help distinguish "consumers" and "creators" and I can imagine in say 15 years from now the job interview questions running about this topic and giving "participative" learning greater significance than it has nowadays.
