  Elnerine (WJ) Greeff started her communication career at the North-West University (NWU) where she completed her Communications degree (cum laude) in 2005 and thereafter her Honours in both Corporate Communication as well as Corporate Media (cum laude) in 2006 for which the ABSA award for best Honours Communication student for the period of study was received. After completing the Honours degree, Elnerine lectured in Corporate Media at the Vanderbijlpark Campus of the NWU, as well as Advertising at the Potchefstroom Campus of the NWU in 2007. In 2008 Elnerine is employed to lecture Organisational Communication at Unisa’s Department of Communication Science, and in 2010 receives her Masters Degree in Communication from the NWU, followed by her DLitt et Phil in 2012. She is a published researcher that has delivered numerous papers at both local and international conferences, particularly in the fields of internal organisational communication, quantitative research and distance education.
