I’m currently developing mechanisms that support and enable aid workers to work safely and free from harassment. I focus on prevention and response and work with NGOs and the UN globally. I’m about to launch an article with ODI on safeguarding. With the Geneva Learning Foundation I’m also identifying the competencies staff and managers need to ensure duty of care responsibilities have been met, to ultimately support a scholar course on duty of care.
