  Joyce Terumbur Dankaro is a 56 year old English Language teacher educator. She has taught at various levels of education, from primary to secondary schools and is presently a language teacher educator at the College of Education, Katsina Ala, Benue State of Nigeria. She has been on this position for the past 13 years. her research concerns are literacy development, reading remediation and the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in language teaching. in addition, Joyce is a Synthetic Jolly Phonics teacher trainer. Her hobbies are reading, walking, cooking, gardening and watching movies. She is married with 4 children and a grandchild.
