  I am the Secretary-General of Halley Movement, www.halleymovement.org, a registered NGO in Mauritius having ECOSOC status. Halley Movement is actually heading PAN-Mauritius Coalition which comprises 22 institutions in Mauritius.I am a trainer and researcher and have been board members of several international organisations.I hold a bachelor degree in public administration and have long experience in the civil society sector having founded Halley Movement in 1990.
