  I am a consciousness doctoral researcher in the Transformative Studies program at the CIIS in San Francisco, focusing on personal transformation, growth, and the most extraordinary states of human wellbeing. My inquiry addresses a possibility for transforming our fear of our death by looking through various lenses such as Tibetan Buddhism and other cultural perspectives. Besides, I am exploring how creative contemplation of death and art could help us accept our mortality because death awareness may serve as an awakening experience.
