Currently I am working in the IT department of an utility company where I am primarily focused on upgrading the in-person process trainings into CBT's. The tool of my choice which I suggested to the organization was Adobe Captivate 9 - as there are numerous features and functionalities which can help improve and enhance the trainings. 

This way users can take the required trainings at their own time, own pace and their own convenience but also ensuring that they meet the due-date of completion for each training.
