I identify and implement sustainability initiatives into the company culture, oversee reporting to national, international and investment-based organizations, promote CSR internally and externally, and manage the production of the annual sustainability report. I am also the Executive in Residence at the Boise State University College of Business and Economics implementing responsible buisiness and sustainability initiatives into undergraduate and graduate student experiences.
